Vice-Chair, San Antonio Youth Commission
Advise the Mayor and City Council on important youth issues. Develop policy recommendations and organize city-wide activities benefitting youth in SA.
Founder and President, Mu Alpha Beta Honor Society Basis Chapter
I organize activities including tutoring local students, promoting STEM in middle schools and elementary schools on Pi Day, and running the Mathletes In Action contest for middle school and elementary school students.
Founder and President, Basis Math Club
I lead students to practice and participate in math competitions. Previously from 2016-2019, I was Captain of the Basis Mathcounts Team. In 2019, I swept all 1st place Individual Awards in the Bexar County Mathcounts Competitions and led the team win the first place Team Award. Now I am the assistant coach for Basis Mathcounts Team.
Founder and President, Basis Computer Science Club
As a member of the USA Computing Olympiad Gold Division, I lead the Computer Science club to generate, advance, and share interests in computer science and technology. I teach students the Java programming language and introduce Artificial Intelligence to the Basis community.
Service-Chair, NHS Basis Chapter
I have provided 1976 hours of tutoring for members in NJHS and NHS at Basis Shavano campus. The tutoring has benefited 967 students in three Basis campus in San Antonio.
